Iron is an important mineral for your body because it helps release energy from other nutrients. This essential mineral is found in red meat, chicken, bread, and nuts. After your weight loss surgery, you may consume less of these foods, which is why it may be necessary to supplement your diet with additional iron. For this purpose, the Ferro Vital tablets have been developed. We have also added extra copper because copper facilitates the transport of iron through your body.
Ferro Vital tablets are provided free of charge with the order of Compass chewable tablets, Believe chewable tablets, and Supreme chewable tablets.
Important
If you also use Calcium Vital swallow tablets or Calcium Chew chewable tablets from Elan, take them at a different time than your Ferro Vital swallow tablet. There should be a minimum of 2 hours between the intake of the Calcium Vital swallow tablet or the Calcium Chew chewable tablet and your Ferro Vital swallow tablet to allow your body enough time to absorb the iron properly.
